What we collect

When you submit checkout, the studio stores your signed-in name and email, phone number, delivery address, the selected pieces and quantities, and any specifications or order note you choose to add. This keeps a protected receipt and gives the team the information needed to continue on WhatsApp.

If you write to a published studio channel — WhatsApp, email, phone, or Instagram — that conversation lives on that service as well as with the house. We do not control those companies' products.

If you open a storefront account, we keep the profile details you provide (typically name and email) and a session cookie so you stay signed in. CMS staff accounts are separate and are not created from the public site.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses session cookies for sign-in. Your cart is kept in local browser storage so it survives a reload, while a Buy Now selection is kept only for the current browser session. These selections are sent to Abiran only when you submit checkout.

On the production storefront, PostHog records anonymous page views and limited campaign attribution so the house can understand which stories and pieces are being read. It does not receive your account name, email, form checkout fields, authentication tokens, or CMS activity from this integration.

This analytics client does not use cookies or local storage, and session recording, autocapture, heatmaps, surveys, and client error capture are disabled. Analytics are not required to browse the catalog or build a cart. Browser Do Not Track is respected when available.

How the studio uses this

We use what you share to record orders, discuss fit and alterations, provide receipts, and keep the storefront working. We do not sell a customer list. Hosting, email, analytics, and messaging tools may process data as part of running the site and the studio desk.

Order records remain available only while needed to fulfil and support your order, resolve disputes, and meet applicable tax, accounting, or other legal recordkeeping obligations. When those purposes no longer apply, the studio deletes or anonymises the records. You can ask questions through the contact page.

Account deletion

You can request deletion from your account page. Your account is deactivated and signed out immediately, then permanently deleted after 30 days. During that window, contact the studio if you need help recovering it. At the deletion deadline, personal contact details, delivery addresses, notes and specifications are removed from your retained order records. Financial facts such as pieces, quantities and prices remain.

What this site does not take

This storefront does not collect card numbers or wallet details. Payment, deposits, alterations and delivery confirmation are arranged privately on WhatsApp after the pending order is saved.

Your requests

For a copy of what you have sent us, a correction, or a request concerning an order or storefront account, use the published studio contact details. Please do not send government identity documents unless the studio has asked for a specific fitting or visit reason.
